So I was wanting to make this recipe that my friend Candice shared with me. The problem is, there is a huge canned pumpkin shortage and I had a TOUGH time finding canned pumpkin! Today though, I lucked out and found two little cans of pumpkin in the way back on the bottom shelf, all forgotten by everyone. I bought them both and am sipping a pumpkin spice latte as I type this. Ahhh.
My MIL bought me a case of pumpkin last year when she found it! It's already half gone :( This year, I plan on freezing a bunch of my own puree to make sure I have enough to last another year. I love pumpkin!!!
