6 days before Naomi's birthday, I knew I would have to start practicing on her cake. I made marshmallow fondant for the first time. I wish I could have taken a photo of how ugly it turned out, but honestly? I determined it was less embarrassing to snap a photo of me with no makeup on, snarling at the camera with confectioner's sugar on my cheek.
